Description

This is a semi-skilled level of routine cleaning work and utility maintenance work performed in and around the public buildings. Work involves the performance of manual labor and various tasks related to the cleaning, maintenance and upkeep of the public facilities, setting up and removing chairs, emptying garbage cans...etc.

Examples of Duties

Custodial:

• Empty garbage cans, clean up spills
• Clean stands, floor and remove trash
• General maintenance
• Overall cleaning and maintenance of facility

Crew:

• Install and remove hockey glass
• Setting up and removing chairs
• Setting up and removing garbage cans
• Preparing dressing rooms and metal detectors
