Reporting Engineer
OVERVIEW
The Programme and Project Partners (PPP) model was mobilised in 2019 with the purpose of transforming major project delivery at the Sellafield nuclear site.
The partnership brings together KBR, Jacobs, Morgan Sindall Infrastructure, Altrad Babcock and Sellafield Ltd to deliver a 20-year pipeline of major infrastructure projects to support the decommissioning of Sellafield and to create a clean and safe environment for future generations.
In delivering its pipeline of large-scale infrastructure projects, PPP is creating opportunities for its people, supply chain, economy and communities.
KBR’s rapidly growing nuclear team of teams is working at the forefront of the UK’s nuclear space on some of the most exciting new-build, defence and decommissioning programmes.

REPORTING ENGINEER
The role:
Assist with the completion of reporting.
Support the governance required to run Portfolio reporting.
Create and deliver portfolio reporting packs
Run status reports, create update reports, and where necessary gather information on the status of projects from project managers, or stakeholders.
Manage forecast reporting for all areas based on inputs from various teams.
Maintain constant knowledge of current and upcoming projects and business development activities
Skills and Experience
Experience in producing, analysing and advising on Project Performance data to understand root causes and impacts
Experience in successful planning of complex technical Projects
Application of Project Control processes throughout the Project life cycle.
An understanding of Earned Value Management
Project Control experience in enterprise business management tools and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Pro-active team player who can inspire others and work collaboratively within a close-knit supportive team
Ability to develop strong working relationships and work cohesively
Strong Stakeholder management skills
An individual who can implement clear communication and is capable of working in an integrated multi-functional team
