1. Manage and monitor daily operating expenses to ensure areas operate within their authorized budget.

2. Analyze financial data and report variances versus the forecast to the management team.

3. Approve expense requisitions in adherence to established financial guidelines.

4. Act as the financial advisor to the operating team, providing insights and recommendations for cost-effective decisions.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cost-related processes and identify areas for improvement.

6. Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management review.

7. Assist with internal control campaigns to verify compliance of company financial policies.

8. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

9. Proven experience as a Cost/Financial Analyst. Similar financial role within the manufacturing industry is a plus.

10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , attention to detail.

11. Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis.

12. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.

13. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
