Come and join our Service Support team as a Quality and Technical Administrator.
Do you have experience in a laboratory environment and looking to move out of the lab?
We are looking for a Quality and Technical Administrator for our Service Support team for our Laboratory Services Division at Sartorius. In this role, you will be responsible for administrative duties in relation to quality related documentation, calibration certificates for instruments, liaise with customers and provide technical support to Field Services Engineers.
The team consists of 3 professionals, who support service and calibration activities for the wider Service Support office, lab and field teams, and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you.
This position is available full time and based on site at our Epsom office with hybrid working available.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
On a daily basis you will be responsible for reviewing process documentation, checking calibration data from the field team, sign off calibration certificates for weighing instruments for both customer and company equipment
You will use bespoke software systems to manage databases to record calibration results, look for trends in data, provide technical support for the field team i.e.: issues with connectivity navigating the calibration screen, understand changes in software updates and quality procedures
You will liaise with customers via phone, email to answer product related questions and resolve issues or assign it to the right person to answer enquires
Order spare parts for equipment and support activities related to enquiries
Assis with timely processing of CAPA investigations and associated documentation
Ensure services are compliant with applicable requirements
Follow company policies and standards and deliver excellent service to customers
What will convince us
A – level or equivalent in Maths, or other technical subject
Strong administrative and customer service experience
Experience working in a laboratory environment carrying out calibration/validation activities on equipment would be beneficial or have an interest in metrology or quality control
An understanding of ISO 17025 or ISO 9001 standards would be an advantage
Experience in Microsoft Office, strong in Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and methodical way of working
Self-motivated and the ability to prioritise own workload, plan and multi - task
Strong customer service skills
Ability to build excellent relationships with people internally and externally
