How will you make an impact in this role?

Customer Fulfillment Network Commercial is part of GSG Group Servicing Corporate clients across the globe in maintain, modifying their corporate account hierarchies and ensuring best of class Customer service, quality focusing on first call resolution to all client Enquiries. This role involves interacting with corporate clients (Program Administrators, Account Development).

  • Interact with multiple clients internal and external.

  • Consult and provide technical assistance to clients by providing accurate and timely resolutions regarding customer issues(misapplied payments, flexes, waivers, hierarchy maintenance, reinstatements etc)

  • Educating clients in relation to Corporate Card policies and procedures.

  • Managing requests relating to card issuance, multiple forms of account maintenance, document preparation, guarantee of payment processes and all servicing aspects for new or existing account set up.

  • Communicates effectively, oral and written to identify and document necessary information

  • Responsible for successfully managing relationships between operations teams and Corporate Card Clients.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good Communication Skills both written and oral.

  • Graduate in any field.

  • Attention to Detail.

  • High level of customer sensitivity, integrity, commitment, and service orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Amex Product knowledge desirable.

  • High result orientation.

  • Ability to take independent decision and meet stringent deadlines.
