Arabella Jagdhof Resort am Fuschlsee is looking for Deputy Restaurant Manager (m/f/d)

What we would like to entrust you with

• The function as contact person for our international guests, from the welcome to the farewell

• Deputy management, coordination and ensuring a smooth service process in compliance with standards

• Managing, promoting and developing our service team in all work processes, rostering, vacation planning, etc. and training new employees

• Carrying out general administrative activities in the service area

• Professional complaint management and processing guest correspondence

• Ensuring a smooth service process in compliance with standards

Job Requirements

• You have completed vocational training in the restaurant or hotel industry in upscale gastronomy / completed hotel management school

• You have several years of professional experience in the restaurant sector of the luxury hotel industry and have preferably already held a management position

• Ideally, you are already familiar with the “Novacom” POS system and the “Opera” hotel software

• You have extensive and well-founded specialist knowledge in the food and beverage sector

• You are familiar with MS Office products as a matter of course

• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English; other foreign languages are an advantage

• You are passionate about being a host and have excellent manners and a very well-groomed appearance

• You are characterized by strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team and absolute professionalism

• You impress with your guest and service-oriented working style

• You are committed in your actions and have a structured, results-oriented and independent way of working
