Senior Talent Management Specialist

Description

The Senior Talent Management Specialist manages the college recruiting & university relationship program, including internship and new graduate rotational programs, as well as the annual performance management process.

Additional responsibilities include influencing and contributing to core business skills development and implementation, onboarding, change management efforts and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

1.Enhance and maintain strategic relationships with target universities

2.Manage college recruiting program, inclusive of attending on-campus career fairs, presenting to students, conducting interviews, and coordinating onsite interviews (scheduling, travel and accommodations, etc).

3.Manage new graduate rotational program inclusive of program/process improvement, recruiting, hiring, logistics, onboarding and performance management.

4.Manage internship program, inclusive of process improvement, recruiting, hiring, logistics, and onboarding.

5.Manage annual performance management cycle, inclusive of administering process in HRIS system, developing and delivering training materials, and providing metrics.

6.Establish metrics to measure effectiveness and impact for related programs

7.Influence and contribute to design, development and implementation of core business skills solutions

8.Collaborate with business leaders and project teams to manage change efforts

9.Participate in or lead special projects as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required (KSAR)

1.

Strong college relations/recruiting experience.

2.

Experience managing a performance management system and associated processes (working knowledge of Oracle Fusion and Taleo a plus)

3.Exceptional coaching, presentation and interpersonal skills required.

4.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and to meet deadlines simultaneously.

5.Ability to maintain a strict focus on budget through regular tracking, analysis, and planning (experience managing business budgets a plus)

6.

High self-motivation, results orientation, and ability to work autonomously in a fast paced, result focused, collaborative environment

7.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

8.

Strong PC skills including MS office suite of products – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

9.

Ability to travel 30% domestically and internationally

Minimumyears of Experience

5‒7 years building and implementing recruiting and learning development solutions in a global, high growth and results-oriented organization.

Required/Preferred EducationRequirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field required. Master’s degree is a plus.

Working Conditions

Work is primarily sedentary; exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Travel via air and car is required especially during college recruiting seasons.
