Sr. HRIS Analyst
This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Sr. HRIS Analyst will primarily focus on maintaining and extending the use of Oracle Fusion and Taleo by executing requirements, design, configuration, testing and support tasks on a multinational operations level.
Support HR, Performance Management, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation requirements, configuration, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
Maintain Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
Assist HRIS manager for system upgrades to Oracle Fusion and Taleo Enterprise.
Research and document solutions in Oracle to meet country specific requirements.
Assist with future system upgrades and patches, testing and other system changes in conjunction with IT.
Maintains system files and tables and develops custom reports as needed.
Ensuring data integrity by assisting with adequate processes, audits and interfaces.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for improving operational efficiencies, business flexibility and responsiveness.
Assist in developing end-user procedures, guides and training documentation.
Leads HRIS tier 2 support on technical and employee data issues.
Supporting HR Business partners by providing reports, training end users on reporting and performing data analysis and creating Dashboards for HR data.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required (KSAR)
Superior working knowledge of system configuration, business process/ workflow setup, testing and security, system maintenance, upgrades and fixes.
Prior system implementation or system upgrade experience.
Strong customer-facing, consulting, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate within a team.
Proven experience working with complex project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
High-level understanding of HR, benefits, compensation and payroll business processes.
Knowledge of Power BI Analytics preferred.
Strong working knowledge of data privacy laws.
MinimumYears of Experience Required
years related experience with global ERP HRIS/ Payroll systems including self-service and portal technology.
years of Taleo Enterprise System Administration
BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science, Business, Human Resources or related field
Reports to a Manager, Director or Executive level position.
Does not have direct reports
