motivated, results-oriented Principal IT Operations Engineer – (Endpoint) to be

part of a global support team responsible for supporting and advancing our

global corporate computing environment. The Operations team interacts with

every aspect of our fast-paced, dynamic company, leveraging modern technology

and tools to service the needs of our users and the company. The successful candidate will be charged with defining future

strategies with modern endpoint management, implementing security best

In this role, you will have responsibilitiesfor...

• System Support – Providinghardware, software, network, and management tool support for Mac andWindows devices.

• Act as Tier 3 support for Mac and PC.

• In-depth understanding of the MAC OS Imaging process. Experienceusing Recon, Composer, Remote, Admin.

• Create, manage, develop & secureenterprise ready macOS images.

• Serve as theescalation point for all MAC users and have intensive knowledge of MACfile systems, encryption, and remote assistance tools.

• Microsoft Intune - Experience withmodernization strategies,

• Zero touch provisioning via Autopilot, Policymanagement, Mobile management, MSGraph and log analytics

• AD/AAD - Strong knowledge of ActiveDirectory, Group Policy, and Azure AD.

• Application Packaging - Experience with packagingcustom and third-party applications for distribution.

• Experience withFlexera Admin Studio and PSADT a plus.

• Scripting – Advancedknowledge of PowerShell for management and automation

• DesktopManagement Systems - Experience managing endpoint leastprivilege tools i.e. (Beyond Trust)

• Mobile Device Support – ManagingApple, Android, and other mobile devices via APP/MDM

You’ve got what it takes if you have.. .

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, correlated field

• 7 years of Windows and/or End User Device Engineering, administering and knowledge of Office 365 applications (E.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Exchange Online, Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD and/or Single Sign On (SSO))

• 3+ years as a Mac Engineer administrating JAMF

• Experience implementing OS hardening per NIST 800-171 requirements.

• Expertise in endpoint management tools such as JAMF and Intune in the administration of software policies, vulnerability management, and application updates to Windows 11 & MacOS devices

• Experience with test, migration, and delivery plans for delivering software and security policies globally.

• Expertise in device compliance monitoring and reporting.

• Deep understanding of scalable application security practices leveraging automation technologies and enterprise management standards

• Experience managing endpoint protection tools such as Crowd Strike, Rapid7, etc.

• Understand low-level mechanics of WIN11 & MacOS operating systems, and enterprise standards for managing end-point estates at scale.

• Must be a quick learner with exceptional communication skills.

• Familiarity in creating test, migration, and delivery plans for delivering software and security policies globally.

• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with staff that is both technical and non-technical.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in multiple scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, and Bash) and experience in developing complex automation scripts.

• Strong experience with PowerBI and other reporting tools

• Automation skills (tool agnostic) and the ability to drive initiatives to automate processes.

Education:

HDI Certification

IT Security Awareness – HIPAA, FedRAMP, SOC II

Other industry certifications
