Job Description

Job Summary

Provide direct-to-consumer auto finance and refinance options. They will serve as the single point of contact for the consumer and provide an excellent consumer experience throughout the loan process, from origination to closing.

Job Duties

• Utilize technology to manage a large pipeline of leads.

• Work the provided leads utilizing all methods of communication, phone, text, email all through the provided system.

• Clearly present benefits and options of choosing an Exeter loan and value-add products.

• Using a consultative sales approach, manage expectations and overcome objections with the goal of educating customers, selling products, and closing loans.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

• One (1)+ year of work related experience in any lending environment (Business, Personal or Credit line) with an emphasis on direct to consumer sales

• Deep knowledge of various loan products, origination processes, policies, procedure, underwriting guidelines, and documentation requirements.

• Ability to multitask to work the provided leads.

• Advanced computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows and applications and utilize search tools to find information are required.

• Must possess precise verbal and written communication capabilities in order to guide consumers through the loan refinance process.

• Proven oral and written communication skills are required.

• Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and react quickly in a fast-paced environment is required.
