Introduction:

Development and validation of BJT, Varactor, Diode and Resistor SPICE models. Characterization and model extraction for DC and RF frequencies for devices like BJTs, Varactors, Diodes and Resistors.

Works closely with device and other modeling engineers to interpret test results and debug device and measurement issues. Collaborate with Lab engineers on device measurements and test structure definitions. Applies knowledge of semiconductor physics and devices to evaluate and analyze test results. Prepares reports summarizing results or to make technical recommendations.

Your Job :

• Device model extraction for DC and RF frequencies for devices like Diodes, BJTs, Varactors etc.

• Knowledge of semiconductor physics and application in understanding device data (Diode, BJT, Varactor, MOSFET etc.)

• Knowledge of S-parameters, Y-parameters, Z-parameters, and their application in extracting device models.

• Definition of test structures and layout as and when necessary.

• Interaction with team to resolve discrepancies in the data, model etc.

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

• Prepare reports summarizing results and make technical recommendations.

  Required Qualifications :

• PhD or M.Tech/MS with 4yrs experiences in Electrical Engineering with specialization in the field of Device Modeling, RF modeling or Semiconductor devices

• Freshers can apply

• Fluency in English Language – written & verbal

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of EM tools is an advantage

• Knowledge of RF basics like S-parameters, de-embedding etc
