Reiss Assistant Merchandising Data & Reporting Analyst in London, United Kingdom
What's the role about?
As part of our Merchandising Planning department, you'll be joining as our Assistant Merchandising Data & Reporting Analyst who is responsible of all data and delivering key insights to our Merchandise Planning and Production teams. This role centres around data management, new reporting, report maintenance and team collaboration.

What you'll be doing
Manage data streams and work with systems infrastructure teams and third parties to successfully channel data through the business to distribute actionable insights to key decision makers
Work cross departmentally to ensure new seasonal data entry is accurate and maintained
Service level reporting for REISS & third-party e-commerce platforms, physical stores and concessions, delivering actionable insights for Merchandise Planning and Product Allocation teams
Collaborate with Production and Warehouse teams to provide historical freight analysis and supplier shipping analysis, to result in streamlined logistical strategies across the supply chain
Ongoing support of Buying, Production, Merchandising and Garment Technologies with regards to crucial partner metadata exception reporting
Stay current on updates to Excel and Power BI; including Power Query, Data Modelling, M-Language, DAX, VBA, VBS, Task Scheduler
Stay current on market trends, merchandise theory; understand the objectives of various departments and how they work together to achieve their goals
Conceptualise new reports, tools and produce ad hoc analysis using historical data
Facilitate training and/or provide resources on systems, company procedures and ways of working
