Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC Refrigeration Technician experience

• Enthusiasm for sharing your HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach HVAC Technologies classes using Lincoln Tech's accredited training program.

• Provide direct HVAC training for student skill development in our fully equipped facility.

• Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability.

• Motivate and engage the class in a positive setting.

• Support and communicate progress with students.

• Prepare students for a successful career in HVAC Technology!

• Effective communication skills

• Proficient in technology

• Teaching experience a plus

• High school diploma/GED
