Aston Carter is working with a great client in the Miamisburg, OH area who is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team!

Description:

o Strong planning skills

o Negotiation and communication skills

o Service-minded and able to respond in a fast and pro-active way to customer requests.

o Customer oriented – build relationship with customers and service people

o Must stay calm under pressure

o Able to motivate and convince people

o Create authority and respect among customers and internally. A bit of a tough person who can guide people in a friendly way.
