Job Description:

Looking for Program manager for evaluation of strategic change management program aimed at driving organizational transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution, and evaluation of a strategic change management program aimed at driving organizational transformation.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including finance, product management, user research, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment and successful implementation of program goals.

• Develop and maintain effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.

• Identify and address potential obstacles and resistance to change, proactively developing mitigation strategies to ensure smooth program adoption.

• Utilize metrics to measure the effectiveness of the change initiative and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.

• Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and project teams, providing regular updates on program progress and escalating issues as necessary.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on driving change initiatives within complex organizational environments.

• Proven experience in program management, with a focus on driving change initiatives within complex organizational environments.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, demonstrated through past experience working with stakeholders across different departments.

• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and navigate through uncertainty with confidence and adaptability.

• Process-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to develop structured plans to achieve program objectives.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing obstacles to change.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or equivalent.
