Prospects, pursues, and closes leads for new distribution opportunities for EMCNL\'s life insurance products. Identifies opportunities for new partner relationships and develops business solutions. Onboards and supports new distribution partners within assigned territory and channel to increase life insurance production and overall revenue growth. Collaborates with new distribution partners to ensure they are set up within EMCNL appropriately and have access to all tools and resources needed. Facilitates relationship transition to Life Sales team to promote continued business and strengthened relationships. Essential Functions: Develops profitable new business growth in an assigned territory and distribution channel by marketing EMCNL products and processes Prospects, pursues, and closes leads for new distribution opportunities for EMCNL\'s life insurance products Identifies opportunities for new partner relationships and develops business solutions Travels to potential distribution partners across assigned territory to market EMCNL products and processes and develop and maintain business relationships Onboards and supports new distribution partners within assigned territory and channel to increase life insurance production and overall revenue growth Collaborates with new distribution partners to ensure they are set up within EMCNL appropriately and have access to all tools and resources needed Assists with new business opportunities presented through various partnerships and collaborates with appropriate teams to convert leads to new business Facilitates relationship transition to Life Sales team to promote continued business and strengthened relationships Collaborates on questions with distribution partners and conducts business meetings when onsite meetings are appropriate to maintain a strong relationship with EMCNL Completes special sales and/or marketing projects Delivers appropriate marketing and sales support including, sales ideas, webinars, and...
