Our client, a financial services company located in Murfreesboro, TN, is looking to hire multiple Customer Service/Call Center Representatives to start ASAP!

*this is an onsite position, remote is not offered at this time

Details:

• Monday - Friday

• 9:00a - 6:00p or 8:30a - 5:30p

• Temporary with the potential to go on permanent

• On-site position in Murfreesboro, TN

Description:

• Handling 30 - 60+ inbound calls per day

• Guiding clients to make payments on website

• Updating account information

• Helping reset passwords

• Provide email support and communication
