Description We are in search of a Graphic Designer with a focus on product design. The role is based in Nashville, Tennessee, and is a part of our dynamic design team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be primarily responsible for creating and developing visual concepts for our product skews, including notepads, planners, and wall calendars. This temporary position offers an opportunity to work in a creative and collaborative environment, utilizing your skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design visual concepts for our product skews such as notepads, planners, wall calendars, etc.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure the design aligns with the overall product strategy.

• Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Creative Cloud to create compelling and effective designs.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all deadlines.

• Ensure consistency in all design elements and explore new design trends and techniques.

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas, improve usability, and overall functionality of designs.

• Provide creative input and support throughout the various stages of the design process.

• Regularly communicate progress of work to appropriate team members.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding design and branding.

• Continuously enhance technical and design skills through research and use of new design applications. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Creative Cloud is required.

• Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing graphic presentations to convey information effectively.

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred.

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a related role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-end digital design skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong creative thinking, exhibiting a range or varied styles and techniques.

• Ability to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies from concept to completion.

• Experience with both print and electronic media.

• Up-to-date with industry-leading software and technologies.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask.
