PGIM Quantitative Solutions LLC (PQS), is an SEC-registered investment adviser and a business unit of Prudential Financial. What you can expect:
The scope and responsibilities of this role will not be static. As the business needs and compliance objectives change, the responsibilities of the position are expected to evolve to meet the changing regulatory landscape and departmental deliverables. Responsibilities include, among other things:
Assist with day to day monitoring for adherence to portfolio investment guidelines utilizing the firms portfolio compliance system.
Assist with the firms compliance certification and due diligence workflow. Provide ongoing client reporting to fulfill client agreements and regulatory requirements.
Assist with annual guideline reviews.
Respond to ad hoc compliance requests regarding portfolios and trading
Work on various transformation projects.
Collaborate on periodic internal and external exams and reviews - assist with document production in connection with regulatory exams, inquiries and audits.
Assist with client on-boarding representation at onboarding meetings, complete onboarding requirements, including coding of rules, certification set up, etc.
Research potential violations of regulations, policies, and procedures, and report to management as appropriate.
Monitor the firms adherence to the Prudential Personal Trading Standards - review employee personal trade requests as needed, conduct research on potential policy breaches and provide metrics to senior leadership.
Maintain and/or create appropriate PQS compliance policies and procedures.
What youll need:
Knowledge of financial markets and ability to learn the nuances of the equity markets
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to gather and draw actionable conclusions from that data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Willingness to investigate challenges to find solutions
Openness to new ideas, seeks opportunities to streamline work and willingness to learn
Able to perform as a team player to help accomplish work objectives
Act as an independent worker who enjoys a fast-paced environment
Critical skills include:
