Job Description
The Director of Financial Modeling will lead and be instrumental in defining and developing new finance/metric reporting and analytical models that will enable better decision making and understanding of Prime’s financial structure through different costs and P&Ls. This position will work closely with senior leadership and other Prime departments providing leadership on financial analysis, cost drivers, metrics and strategy, and will participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes of the company.
Responsibilities
Provide financial support to various Prime departments on the annual budgeting, periodic forecasting processes and monthly financial reporting; this includes capital planning and justification of FTE requests
Collaborate with various management groups on staffing plans, productivity metrics and activity based costing to improve efficiencies within service level requirements
Create cost/benefit, ROI analysis and other financial reports and models to support the business with critical evaluation on both strategic and financial impacts to Prime
Aid in the creation of executive level, Board and other presentations, along with other relevant financial analyses and reporting to Prime management
Conduct performance reviews, quarterly check-ins and staff 1:1s to guide performance management and employee development efforts and manage toward departmental goals, including quality and process improvement efforts
Manage department budget, staffing, performance and development, and consistently demonstrate Prime’s leadership expectations during interactions with direct reports, cross functional and external stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Business or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
8 years of work experience in financial analysis
5 years of leadership/people management experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to work in complex environments
Preferred Qualifications
MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
PBM/ healthcare experience
Experience in working with all levels of management and consulting with key business stakeholders
Minimum Physical Job Requirements
Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Reporting Structure
- Reports to AVP of Product Pricing
Potential pay for this position ranges from $125,200.00 - $200,000.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
