IDEX Director (f/m/d) of Human Resources - Wastewater Inspection in Sulzberg, Germany

GENERAL PURPOSE

The Director of Human Resources Wastewater Inspection is the business group’s functional leader charged with developing, organizing and executing all Human Resources organizational and talent strategies to support business of our three entities iPEK, WinCan and Envirosight.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Implementing strategic Human Resources Management in line with business growth goals

  • Hire and retain the talent to drive fast growth

  • Developing a culture that fits the business model for growth, which is based on IDEX values and promotes diversity, equity and inclusion

  • Implementing talent acquisition strategy that fills roles with top talent quickly

  • Succession planning, including the development of future leaders

  • Being a Change Agent focusing on the impact of change including changes to culture, business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures

  • Building a high performing and effective HR team, with the expertise and capabilities to execute the HR strategy aligned with the BU strategy and operational HR excellence

  • Ensuring policies comply with any laws that affect the company globally

  • Overseeing employee compensation, benefits, and payroll and implement changes if necessary

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field

  • An MBA or Masters in Human Resources is desired

  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources Business Partner or Director role including past leadership/supervisory assignment(s)

  • Demonstrated successful track record working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment is required

  • Demonstrated success in driving culture change

  • Organizational development and or coaching experience is required

  • Strong strategic and analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to travel 25% globally
