You will develop and deploy machine learned models, to engage and converse with our customers and to understand their goals and expectations to enable them to make the right purchase decision. Position Summary:

As an AI/ML Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust, scalable, and efficient AI/ML solutions for our diverse range of projects in product search space. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customer experience, business requirements, defining architecture, and leading the development of AI/ML models that drive innovation and enhance business outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers and business stakeholders, to understand customer experience and business requirements.

  • Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures that align with business goals and scalability requirements.

  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks for implementation.

  • Lead the development and implementation of state-of-the-art AI/ML models.

  • Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in model accuracy and efficiency.

  • Ensure models are accurate, efficient, and scalable for deployment in production environments.

  • Implement monitoring systems to track the performance of deployed models.

  • Work closely with data engineers to ensure the availability of high-quality, clean, and relevant data.

  • Develop and implement data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines.

  • Document architecture, design decisions, and code to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.

What you'll bring:

  • 10+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist, Solution Architect, or similar role.

  • Advanced experience working with Generative AI and emerging AI Solutions.

  • Skilled in establishing credibility and building rapport with Technical and Business stakeholders to increase collaboration and solution adoption.

  • Expertise in designing and implementing machine learning models for Search or Information Retrieval applications.

  • Solid grasp of the ML model lifecycle, from data preparation and feature engineering to model selection, training, evaluation, and deployment.

  • Experience with architecture design documents, technical roadmaps, and business socialization.

  • Proficiency in using ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, sci-kit-learn) and languages (Python, Java) for model development and experimentation.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $168,000.00-$312,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 3: 9 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
