Your day to day

· Prioritizing tasks to ensure the smooth flow of operations

· Effective problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and professionally

· Ability to make decisions under pressure

· Apply supervisory skills and take initiative

· Oversee employees and delegate tasks

· Have excellent oral and written communication skills

· Able to apply policies, procedures and standards

· Goal setting and monitoring

· Fully computer literate (“Opera” experience will be appreciated)

What we need from you

Education

· Hotel Management diploma

Languages required

· Greek

· English

· Additional languages would be preferred

Work experience

· In a similar role at a hotel with 200+ rooms for a period of at least 2 years

Circumstances

· Flexible working schedule
